Parts are available for one hundred and twenty three (123) tractors. Using the D17 tractor as an example parts available for sale are:

The D17 clutch will have clutch release bearings, pressure plates (different types depending on the serial number of the tractor), and transmission discs which also will be selected depending on the serial number of the tractor.

The D17 tractor fan belt are different depending on whether the engine is a diesel or a gas engine. There are many different models of water pumps, radiators, and radiator hoses, the choice of the correct Allis Chalmers tractor part will depend on the serial number of the tractor.

The D17 can have either 226 Gas or a 262 Diesel engine. Kits are available for both models. Call wit engine serial number.

Hydraulic, and engine oil filters are available.

The D17 is a 2WD (two wheel drive) tractor, with power from its larger rear wheels. The front axle is therefore relatively simple. Wheel bearing kits, cones, hubs, and spindles are readily available.

The drawbar for the D17 is 2.5” wide, 1.25” thick, and 50.5” long. This drawbar also fits the 170, 175, 180, and the 185.

The D17 gas engine parts will include distrubrutor cap, condensers, ammeters, points, spark plug wire sets, and DC generators. The diesel engine will have starters, starter drives and voltage regulators.  

The D17 has five(5) different mufflers available. Choice of the correct Allis Chalmers tractor muffler will depend on whether the engine is gas or diesel, and the serial number of the tractor.

PTO parts for sale are seals and PTO shafts. The D17 uses a 540 rpm PTO shaft.  

The D17 has no major hydraulic systems, just the simple steering pump which also powers the PTO.

Choosing as replacement Seats for the D17 is easy. There is a choice of separate components. These D17 seat components are back cushions, seat cushions, seat pads, or upper back cushions.

Sheet metal and body parts will include decal sets, and sometimes hoods and battery covers. Decals will include the decal, or the D17 decals, both right hand and left hand side.

The D17 transmission has three gears. These three (3) gears can be bought as replacement, as well as the shafts and countershafts.
Brake bands and brake shoes will be chosen depending on the serial number of the tractor.
